"Since I was a child I’ve been curious about the Earth, my environment and people. I would illustrate them on paper so that I wouldn’t forget that very moment in time. Over the years I have learned to use clay, glass, printmaking, painting, drawing and found objects to infuse my thoughts and feelings into my work. With every piece of material I can get my hands on, I challenge myself with what form it may take and realize the possibilities are endless.
My main interest in human nature is in the feeling of pain and how it challenges us as individuals in finding the light. The search to find ourselves from within is an integral part of what makes us human."
