Reactive Slips
A Workshop with Beth Tate

In this workshop, participants will be introduced to various methods for creating rich textural surfaces using reactive materials with slips and glazes. Participants will create their own vessels and glaze in the same day.

Beth will also demonstrate how to easily make colored slips using deflocculants and flocculants to reach the desired thickness. Once the pieces have been fired, you will be notified that they are ready for pick-up, or shipping can be arranged.

No previous experience is required.

Cost: $150. (Members $125.)
Includes all materials (with 2 bisque pieces, and firing) and a light vegetarian lunch.
