Kimberly Lee's new album, HER
Kimberly Lee is an independent acoustic soul singer/songwriter and a dynamic performer that has loved to sing since early childhood. She grew up listening to everything from jazz to her musical influences, Carole King, The Carpenters, Billie Holiday, Sade, and Amy Winehouse. Working with her music partner Paul Roberts, they wrote 12 songs during the pandemic and with another six songs from previous collaborations, recorded, produced, and released them on Kimberly's album HER.
Paul Roberts is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter who found love for music in the songs that he plays. From learning the folk music of his youth to the songs of today, Paul puts his heart and soul into every chord. His music collaboration with Kimberly Lee on the album HER during the pandemic was an important part of his musical journey.

Kimberly Lee Artist Statement:
HER is a love letter to myself. The title track HER was written in just a few minutes back in 2006 when I felt I wasn't enough! Ever since, songwriting has become a vital part of my emotional expression. Since performing HER live and the other songs I have written for the album regularly they have become my personal reminder that we are all extraordinary and have so much to give.
HER is a musical & emotional journal. Each song was created in the moment of whatever was happening in my soul, bringing raw emotion and heart into every track. I'm grateful how HER has brought joy and healing to everyone who hears it!
